I don’t get…athletes

Players and coaches say the darndest things. The following are some of the more famous quotes:

1.      “Nobody in football should be called a genius. A genius is a guy like Norman Einstein.”-Joe Theisman, played for Notre Dame in college and the Washington Redskins in the NFL and later became a broadcaster

2.      “I may be dumb, but I’m not stupid.”-Terry Bradshaw, most famous for his years in the NFL as a Pittsburg Steeler, now he’s a NFL commentator

 

3.      “Hawaii doesn’t win many games in the United States.”-Lee Corso, former coach and now hosts College Game Day on ESPN
